We have used Nettles Creative Carpentry for a number of carpentry projects around our home. For the first project, Jimmy was able to repair the wood siding on our house that is adjacent to our shingles. He repaired this in a manner whereby it appears there is no difference between the old carpentry, and the new, it matches perfectly, including the paint color.
For our second project, Jimmy Nettles was able to build custom cabinetry to our specific specifications. His final product was excellent and will add to the value and ambiance of our house.

Jimmie Nettles came out to my home to repair an exterior shutter that fell from my window, due to high winds. He also repaired a previously loosened exterior shutter. Mr. Nettles was very friendly, professional, patient, and educated about almost any job. He arrived on time and took the time to educate me on how shutters are installed. After he completed the job, I showed him several other small jobs that needed repairing around my home. He patiently walked through my home with me to discuss my options for repairing each item. He took the time to give me additional advice on other, much needed, repairs. It is very hard to find dependable carpentry services. I am looking forward to working this company in the future!

While pursuing a bachelor of music performance degree in College in Louisiana, I traveled 80 miles each way to work through a carpentry apprentice program in Baton Rouge. This enabled me to work in that industry and put myself through school. I acquired my music performance degree with NO debt. After that I went on to Seminary where I received my Masters Degree in Church music. Since then I served as Associate Pastor of Worship in many churches for over 30 years. It was during the Covid epidemic that I decided to start my own carpentry business and still do a part time music ministry. Through the years I have maintained a shop where I build furniture and repair many items. I have led World Changers mission groups in housing development like roofing and repair.
